Gli articoli classificati come DPI di Categoria I sono conformi alle normative europee vigenti e sono realizzati per proteggere i lavoratori da rischi minimi. I requisiti che li caratterizzano sono: innocuità, resistenza meccanica e variazione dimensionale. INNOCUITÀ Gli indumenti protettivi non devono influire negativamente sulla salute e sull’igiene dell’utilizzatore. Da anni, collaboriamo principalmente con partner che utilizzano tessuti conformi a STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® , i quali privilegiano materiali liberi da sostanze nocive. RESISTENZA MECCANICA I test effettuati sui nostri articoli mostrano valori superiori a quanto previsto dalla norma in tema di resistenza allo scoppio, alla lacerazione e alla trazione, risultato di un’oculata selezione dei materiali, che risultano robusti e protettivi. VARIAZIONE DIMENSIONALE La variazione dimensionale, al termine di 5 cicli di lavaggio, degli articoli classificati DPI non deve essere superiore al 3% per i tessuti ortogonali e al 5% per i tessuti a maglia. I capi Payper oltre ad ottenere ottimi livelli in termini di variazione dimensionale, consentono lavaggi a 40°C e garantiscono un’alta solidità del colore nel tempo. SIZE VARIATION The size variation, at the end of 5 washing cycles, of items classified as PPE must not exceed 3% for woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics.
